3. Where is my order?

SPAARKD follows a made-to-order model and every item is produced just for you. We aim to deliver your order within 14-21 days (depending on your country). We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in your order confirmation. You can find a more accurate delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation sent to your email address, once your order is on its way. So if you're wondering where your order is, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please keep close track of the tracking information, as the carrier might need additional information from you to be able to deliver your parcel.

4. How can I place an order?

To place an order, just remember these easy steps: 1. Place an item in your bag and pick the size you want. 2. Once you have finished shopping, go to checkout. This will redirect you to our payment service provider Stripe. 3. Select or provide your personal information and shipping address. 4. Select a payment method, fill in the details where required, and click next. 5. Check your order one last time When your order has been completed, you will see the confirmation on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation email with an order number as a reference and a link to a tracking number once the order is shipped so that you can track the delivery of your parcel. We also recommend checking your Deleted/Trash folder as the order confirmation email may have accidentally been deleted. No luck finding it, yet? 11. What is SPAARKD's return policy?

For each item purchased on SPAARKD, we consider the environmental and social impact across the entire product lifecycle of the product. We want to minimize resource consumption and eliminate waste associated with our products as much as possible. SPAARKD offers returns for products within 14 days of receipt of the delivery to you if the product is eligible for return. Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging. Please note that all items must be returned from the original shipping country. Note: You will be responsible for the cost of the return.

All our styles have been designed for a unisex fit, as we aim to be as inclusive as possible. We currently offer 7 sizes from XXS to XXL and kids sizes for some clothes, but additional sizes, such as Kidswear, are coming soon. You can find your size by looking at the Body and/or Product measurements below. You can also access the same information by clicking on "Size guide" on all product page(s) in the Store.

The materials have been tested i.e., wash tests, wear trials, etc. with multiple teams in order to provide you with the top quality products to share with your community. Our impact team has also vetted our preferred vendors and mills across environmental and social metrics to adhere to our standards. Furthermore, we conduct QA (quality assurance) and QC (quality control) tests throughout our value chain to spot-check product quality - everywhere from garment sizing to print quality.
